When we commenced operation in 1973 we designed a business plan that would see us reinvest in resources and technology to keep our business at the fore front of the motor vehicle smash repair industry and we are proud of our management system we have in place ensuring that the start to finish process is fully managed.

Office
Our primary software package allows our estimators to generate an estimate of repairs on all visible damage. These estimates, along with evidentiary photographs supporting our estimate are forwarded to insurers via various procedures to minimise authorisation time.

Panel Shop
Our workshop is equipped with 5 computerised Caroliners for measuring and straightening of your vehicle to manufacturers specification. We also have a computerised Caroliner bench rack for 4WD chassis. Our welders will reproduce the welds and strength on all types of metal used on the modern motor vehicle to manufacturers specifications. We also specialise in plastic and fibre glass repair.

Paint Shop
With the induction of water borne, workshop design and equipment our paint shop is environmentally friendly, our infra-red drying system helps cure paint quickly and reduces repair time.

Mechanic Shop
We do all suspension and mechanical work including log book servicing.
We specialise in wheel alignments.

Detailing
All vehicles are washed, and painted areas are polished.
We also do full vehicle details on request.
An accident repair check list is done on all vehicles before departure.
