Choice of repairer?
Most insurers give you a choice of repairer, we urge you to notify your insurer your right to have your vehicle repaired at a repairer of your choice.

Do I have to contact my Insurer?
Yes you will need to contact your insurance company.

Will I have to pay an excess?
This depends on your insurance company and your policy.

Will my vehicle be as good as it was after repairs are done?
Yes! With our well trained staff and state of the art equipment it will return to pre accident condition.

How will I know my vehicle is ready?
An ETA date is given when repairs are started and confirmed on the morning of departure, you are more than welcome to contact us at any time to enquire about the progress of your repairs.

What payment method do you expect?
We except major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash.

Personal cheques and American Express or Diners Card are not accepted.
